So how do you feel about what you have down so far?
You’ll have a picture, a few words or even a sentence to two about your big idea of who the heck you are, and then you will have inked out some details of what that looks like.
Now let’s jump back over to the right side of your brain again, and check in with how that feels. We will be going waaaay back to the back part of your brain, so expect to get nice and cosy and touchy-feely. This is where Quadrant 3 behaviours hang out, so just sit, get comfortable, and BE.
This part of the SOP build can be almost meditative if that feels right for you. A bit like what you did for the Q1, but with a meandering quality, and without any sense of hurry or time constraints. And yet strangely, this is very practical and earthy. It’s where you will see just how to do the things your Q1 brain dreamed up and your Q2 brain wrote details on.
Here we want you notice what sensations come up for you, and be playful with them. This is where you get to “five sense” your SOP. Think about who you want in your bubble, how you want to be with yourself and them, how you want your relationships to go, and see where your gut feelings lead you.
Take your time this week, and before we chat next, we would really like it if you could have a nice, concrete sense of how you want to play this game of life, who you want on your team, and how you will work together to have the most fun, the most support and make the most meaning.

As always, pour yourself a cuppa, and really get into the sensations of the warm mug in your hands, the aroma of your brew, the play of sunlight on the liquid as you hear it sloshing around, and the delicious taste as it teases your taste-buds.
