March 2020: The Breakthrough Experience by Dr.John Demartini

There is so much in this book we really do encourage you to go and read it. There are lots of things to work on, affirmations and The Quantum Collapse Process. We encourage you to have a look at it all. Here are the things we couldn’t help but underline… (it’s quite a list):

  • When you get a tear of gratitude take note: it’s your intuition giving you a gift.

  • The universe bestows it’s gifts where we are most grateful.

  • Perceived voids creates values: we seek whatever we think we are missing.

  • You have everything you need right now.

  • You are your own harshest critic.

  • If you see one side (-ve) without the other (+ve) you are living an illusion.

  • People treat you how you unconsciously treat yourself.

  • We’re not here to be right, we’re here to be love.

  • Love is made up of support and challenge.

  • Nature only allows equilibrium. Equal and opposite. At the same time.

  • Bring yourself to balanced awareness to have the power of divinity working through you.

  • It takes +ve and -ve particles in perfect synthesis to create light and unconditional love.

  • When we see only one side, we disown half of the experience.

  • Gratitude makes you present.

  • You have the power to create what you imagine, in direct proportion to how much love and gratitude you have in life, because your self-worth allows you to magnetise and attract those things into your life.

  • You don't have the command over anything you have emotions about.

  • The degree to which we embrace both sides is the degree to which we become enlightened.

  • Affirmation: “No matter what I have done or not done, I am worthy of love.”

  • We all have a mission. And you know what it is.

  • Three forces that motivate people: avoiding pain, seeking pleasure and the third: inspiration (which transcends the others).

  • The bigger the crisis the larger the blessing.

  • Get crystal clear on what you would love, so you can’t see anything BUT that.

  • State your dream clearly, the ask how what you are doing right now prepares you for it.

  • The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your questions.

  • Whatever role we resist is the one we get to act in next.

  • Mastery is the ability to take you private life public (Who loves you the most? The people who know it all.)

  • Your worth is proportionate to how much love and gratitude you have.

  • When something supports your values you take away the rules (and call it “good”), when it challenges your values, you set rules (and call it “bad”)

  • When two people are exactly the same, one of them is unnecessary.

  • Arguments happen when two people need to add or subtract space, time, energy or matter.

  • Once you realise you have everything you’ve looking for, you get it.

  • Affirmation: “ I’m worth it. I discipline and master those skills that I’m destined to express.”

  • Rescuing others deprives them of the experience they need to grow.

  • 7 Levels of the brain, from primitive to evolved. We move from: Impulse > Instinct > Intellect > Intuition > Inspiration > Revelation.

  • There are 7 fears:

    1. Spiritual- afraid of breaking morals or ethics.

    2. Mental- fear of not knowing enough/having enough education.

    3. Vocational- fear of failure.

    4. Financial- you won’t make enough money doing what you love.

    5. Losing loved ones- you’ll lose them if you do what you love.

    6. Social rejection- others will reject you.. NOTE: the law of lesser pissers

    7. Ill health, death or disease- fear that you won’t have the energy to pursue what you love.

  • The fastest growth occurs at the border of chaos and order.

  • Wish for more challenges- and know you can master the skill required.

  • Criticism is great: they are asking you to clarify how you’ll do it.

  • Uncertainty is directly proportionate to the details you haven’t questioned and answered.

  • The Love List pg 197: What would I truly love to do with my life? Then list: What you will BE, what you will DO to get it, and what you will HAVE. Do this for all of the life areas.

  • The ratio between what you know and how much you actually do is determined by the size of your why.

  • The Quantum Collapse Process Pg 172

  • Mission statements Pg 216

  • The Blueprint of Ceation Pg 233

  • Growth demands an identity crisis.

  • We don’t experience challenges that are beyond us.
